देहरादून। मौसम विभाग की बुधवार को भारी बारिश की चेतावनी के बाद चमोली और चंपावत के जिलाधिकारियों ने अपने अपने जनपदों में कक्षा एक से 12 तक के स्कूलों व आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में अवकाश का ऐलान कर दिया है।
